Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
ART is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories using eye movements. It allows painful experiences to be resolved quickly—often in just a few sessions—without needing to relive them in detail. ART is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to create meaningful change.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT supports you in relating differently to difficult thoughts and emotions. Instead of fighting them, we focus on acceptance, clarity of values, and taking action toward the life you want.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
ERP is the gold-standard treatment for OCD. It helps you gradually face fears without relying on compulsions, building confidence and freedom over time.
Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT)
I-CBT focuses on the reasoning patterns behind obsessive doubt. By addressing how these thoughts are formed, we work to reduce their power and restore trust in your own mind.
Immediate Stabilization Procedure (ISP)
ISP is a neurobiologically-informed technique designed to quickly calm overwhelm and help your nervous system return to a state of safety, especially helpful for trauma and dissociation.
Helping you move out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself.
You might look like you have it all together—capable, driven, dependable—but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing through, taking care of others, or holding yourself to high standards, while finding it hard to slow down or ask for support. Over time, that can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and exhausted from carrying it all alone.
I offer a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to keep performing or holding everything in. Together, we’ll gently process painful experiences, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and help you reconnect with who you are underneath the pressure. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are.
My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches to support healing in a way that feels both effective and sustainable. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate their beliefs into the therapeutic process.
“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”
