My work is trauma-informed, client-centered, and holistic. I believe meaningful change happens in the context of feeling safe, known, and supported. As we work together, we’ll focus not only on processing what you’ve been through but also on helping you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your sense of identity, and move toward a life that feels more steady, intentional, and aligned. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who wish to incorporate their beliefs into therapy.

I earned my M.A. in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, where I also completed my B.A. in Music Business. My clinical background includes work in community mental health, where I supported individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex life circumstances. These experiences continue to shape my approach, deepening my commitment to meeting each client with empathy, respect, and care.

I enjoy slowing down and being present in the small, meaningful moments of everyday life—whether that’s spending time with friends, going for walks, or getting lost in a good book. I love writing, drinking good coffee, and creating space to recharge. You’ll often find me at home relaxing with my cat or finding simple ways to stay grounded and connected outside of work.
