Clinical Supervision
As a new clinician, you may feel timid and experience slight nervousness in getting started. It can be hard to trust your judgment as a clinician. And, you may even experience imposter syndrome as you work to build your confidence in your ability to treat clients.
Or perhaps, you feel confident in your ability to conceptualize cases, but you struggle with being vulnerable and building rapport with your clients. Maybe, you struggle with perfectionistic tendencies and a heightened sense of personal responsibility. That can make it difficult to be presently engaged with your clients and have the ability to comfortably sit in the silent spaces while your clients process the things that have been brought up during their session.
Supervision can help you work through your apprehension and professional challenges as you begin to work with clients.
